Vlad Zabrodski
Managing Director - Los Angeles office
Vlad leads the Accounting Advisory practice at UAS in Southern California, bringing extensive experience in accounting advisory, financial reporting, and executive leadership.
He began his career with EY’s Audit Practice, where he worked with some of the firm’s largest global clients. Today, Vlad partners with public and high-growth private companies across a wide range of industries, helping management teams navigate complex accounting, finance, and transformation challenges.
As a trusted advisor, Vlad provides deep technical expertise in revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, debt vs. equity classification, and stock-based compensation, among other complex topics. His approach combines technical precision with practical insight-helping clients achieve clarity, compliance, and confidence in their financial reporting.

Andrii Miski-Oglu
Managing Director - Chicago office
Andrii Miski-Oglu has 25 years of international leadership experience spanning Big Four audit and advisory services with the focus on complex and/or specialized areas, technical accounting, finance transformation, and board-level governance.
- Big Four foundation: Throughout his career in EY, he provided high quality audits positioning clients for successful IPOs and market entry by ensuring robust financial infrastructure and transparent reporting.
- Digital Transformation & Financial Leadership: Andrii was also involved in EY Global Assurance initiatives helping develop and implement digital solutions to transform and support global practice as well as improve processes and tools to deliver exceptional client service.
- Corporate Governance & Risk Management: Serving as an independent Board member, provides strategic insight and deliver measurable impact across multinational environments to help strengthened stakeholder trust across organizations by improving audit transparency and risk reporting quality.
- Certified Expertise: Holds the U.S. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, supported by a strong command of U.S. GAAP financial statements, IFRS financial statements, and internal control standards. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
